BIOGRAPHY
EM$o (Aka. Emanuel Santos) is a central european indie reggaeton and trap rapper with a troubling history which reflect his past and present life. He writes his music from a very honest and strong personal perspective, crafting engaging stories and developed rhymes from his past memories.
EM$o was born on the 11th of september 1996 in West-Switzerland.
He grew up in a stable household with both parents being hardworking foreigners from Portugal.
Emanuels family lived on the countryside near the City of Biel/Bienne also known under the slang BnC. A Notorious city for its rich history with luxury watches like Rolex and Omega, but sadly also known for the ongoing crimes in the city.
His parents knew about the danger roaming the city so they moved further and further out to the countryside. Eventually after highschool the dangers caught up with EM$o, where he was introduced into the streetbusiness by his former friends.
EM$o has always been interested in Power and Money, so he saw the potential of fast money. He often would "Flex",
on the rival gangsters in lavish luxury cars and spending thousands of dollars in clubs.
The friends or partners kept a very tight circle, where money was the main motivator to keep doing what they were doing. EM$o jumped in on the hustle for the greater profit.

EM$o knew exactly in which type of waters that he was swimming, the sharks were lurking in the mass of the fish.
However his father taught him that friends are never to be trusted blindly, when the relationship with that person gets dangerous or hard, you should always have an escape plan ready.
So EM$o did exactly what was taught to him, he was running the streets but always with an escape plan.
After one year living under constant anxiety of the consequences, he quit the streetlife before making a fatal mistake.
Struggle after leaving the streets and the introduction to his Therapy (Music)
With the streets, money and power were achieved, but there was also a not calculated side-effect coming with it. Anxiety, Stress, Depression and Burnouts were common for the next year.
EM$o was looking for a way out and stepped over music by accident. his knowledge in IT made him a guru to discover software and somehow stepped over Logic Pro X (The Music Production Software by Apple INC).
After Mastering the basic skills of using the software, he started to write down his emotions in rhymes and recording his music in his "home studio" which looked more like an unusable corner and just fit perfect for the microphone booth.

THE CHAOTIC "MUSIC STUDIO"
EM$o is still recovering from his past to this day rewriting emotions into melodies and trying to make better decisions for himself and close ones.
EM$o anounced on the 4th of january 2023 the release of his new song "Dark Rooms", which reflects his life at the time of writing.
